I really appreciate Dean's work in this submission! He encourages our students to observe and identify definitive evidence from the simulation to support the basic relationship of variables defining capacitance. To ask students to write down, in words, what they see happening as they manipulate the PhET simulation absolutely helps them to cement the concepts.

Posting the answers makes this neat activity just about unusable to me. Students just google "Two Plate Special answers" and the answer sheet comes up. :-(. I wish there was some way to secure the answers so just teachers had access (and the common sense to not re-post the answers on their websites).

Good news - PhET is working on making a website for teachers perhaps answers will be more shareable, but we are not really sure how we would make sure that only teachers get access. You can always email the author and see if he/she is willing to share the answers with you.
