AP Physics Gravity Lab
- My Solar System 2012.docx - 19 kB
Title | AP Physics Gravity Lab |
Description | This lab is more for review than for exploration. My students have already done most of the types of calculations for homework. It assumes familiarity with the following concepts/equations: keplers laws, semi-major axis, universal gravitational constant, centripetal force, momentum conservation, gravitational potential energy conservation. |

This seems like a great review lesson. By the way, some of the sims have an option to use a White Background which is available from the the top left pull down menu. For example, the Gravity and Orbits sim has this. My Solar System is an old sim that doesn't have that feature. I'll send a note to the programming team that the feature would be helpful, but I don't know if pull down menus are available for the flash version in which this is written.
