Title | Walker Lab with Moving Man sim |
Description | This lab has two parts. The first part is a hands-on experience where students map the motion of three walkers - slow, medium and fast. They create motion graphs for these walkers and interpret the slope for the graphs. The second day, students use the Moving Man sim to investigate different scenarios (similar to those in their hands-on experience). Graphing may take students an additional day, so this activity can take three days depending on the level of your students. |

Thank you for this lab write up. I only used the last two pages because we already do something similar to the walker lab, based on our school layout. I appreciate the detail you have put into this lab. My kids will benefit from it.
